You guys!! You guys!! I'm in love!! After years wanting plantation shutters, I finally pulled the trigger and did it. They measured the windows 3 months ago and installed them Friday. We did all the windows in the house except for the ones above the kitchen sink. They were here Friday and after 4.5 hours, the whole house was done.

Jillian had her first sleepover this past weekend and she was so excited, she wrote a "to do list" in preparation. Sophie came over around 6pm and the girls decided on mac and cheese for dinner. After dinner, they played around the house, took showers, chowed down on some popcorn and ice cream sandwiches while watching Tangled. They shockingly went to bed around 10pm with no issues and were up bright and early for donuts! JD helped them build a fort and then they had their pillow fight. First sleepover, success!

Our little sprite is 6 years old! We celebrated with a bounce house party at Pump It Up. There were 18 little girls, 2 boys and afterwards Jillian declared "That was epic!" Needless to say, the kids all had a wonderful time! And we have A LOT of Barbies around the house!
